Just because…

…I feel like sharing my favorite music videos! You may or may not have seen these… Probably not seen, more likely? Since most of my favorite music videos are Japanese hip-hop, rap, and pop. If you only check out one of these, make sure to check out Iruka by Soul’d Out, because it’s just so freakin’ hilarious, it’s unbelievable. And now, in no particular order:

1. M-flo – Dopamine (w/ Diggy Mo’ & Emyli)
The first M-flo song I heard, always fun, and still one of my favorite videos!

2. M-flo – Picture Perfect Love (w/ Monkey Majik)
A very visually fun music video…

3. M-flo – Love Comes and Goes
One of my favorite M-flo songs! Lots of great collaborators in this one…

4. M-flo – Sound Boy Thriller (w/ Lisa)
M-flo’s latest song. A pretty fun little narrative, catchy song, panty peeping, and hey, Lisa!

5. Monkey Majik – Around the World
A fun song, and a nutty video! I don’t know how they come up with these video ideas…

6. Monkey Majik – Pretty People
My favorite lil’ dude in this video is the cardboard box guy.

7. Soul’d Out – Iruka
I’m not too sure what this song is about, but the video is just too freakin’ hilarious… I mean, what the living crap is happening in this video? At first you might think you know, but then… Scary dolphin love… Bionic stomach torpedo. Yeah.

8. Lisa – Switch (w/ Koda Kumi & Heartsdales)
What can I say, I like Lisa, I like Heartsdales… Add in Koda Kumi… A killer team, and a catchy song with good lyrics.

9. Emyli – Tekito Lover
I just like this song… pretty catchy stuff… Also, if you want to see Emyli dance around in tiny pink hot pants. And hey, Verbal from M-flo’s in it too!

10. Bennie K – Disco Senpai
I couldn’t find this on youtube, so I have to link to this site instead. Think J-pop with the creature from the black lagoon and disco suits with afros.

Bee-bug!

I’ve recently become interested in sculpting again and casting, so I’m trying out wax sculpture. I’m not really sure how it’ll turn out. I need to learn more about handling the WAX. My first attempt is with a sketch done by Kyle Magnan of a bee-bug. Here’s the rough body shape. He’s a lil’ itsy bitsy fella.
